Measure carefully are these collars are different than standard collars as they must fit over your dog’s head. First, measure the widest part of your dog’s head. Next, measure your dog’s neck. Use the larger of the measurements to select a collar between the size ranges listed below.

Our policy lasts for thirty days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased however, we're unable to give an exchange or refund.
The item cannot be in use and must be in its original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
